Love the service and pricing. Big thanks to Tiffany for writing our mortgage insurance to be the premium plan without that plan we’d be owing 10k to the new roof we just put on! Wow it pays to call your insurance first before letting a roofing company put the roof on without an inspection from your Insurance company. Our sales person tried to tell us they don’t work with the insurance companies and that it’s never covered especially when we only had a few spots of wind damage. Well I knew better and called ewsmith anyway. I liked the roof product that was being offered so we just put them on hold until the claim process was almost complete. AGAIN without Tiffany writing this premium plan for us we would have never been covered for this expense and would have been owing a ton of money. Wow what a save!

We purchased automobile, motorhome, and homeowners insurance from another insurance agency for over 30 years. We learned, when filing the one and only homeowners claim, that the agency contracted the policy service to some outside vendor and the personalized service was terrible. Consequently, we sought to transfer all insurance needs to a more reputable agency with quality carriers rather than just one carrier. We contacted the EW Smith Insurance Agency initially just to get price quotes and get a sense for their customer service. We were totally overwhelmed by the insurance knowledge, friendliness, and going “beyond the call of duty” by Michael Boedeker. Consequently, we transferred our motorhome insurance for better quality and lesser premium. Even though we were “locked-in” contractually to another insurance carrier, Michael helped us to understand that and when we could transfer all of our insurance needs to EW Smith Agency. In sum, we cannot be more please with Michael Boedeker and the EW Smith Agency for expert insurance advice, coverages, and premium!
