I love the EW Smith Insurance agency mainly due to the customer service I receive. If my agent isn’t available the secretaries will find someone who can answer my questions. I like the fact that they will search for the best deal regarding my insurance needs. Also, I live on the southwest side of Michigan, and I still receive excellent service—I don’t have to be in their neck of the woods to receive service. They are always available by phone or email.
